Recruitment Process

PRE-SCREENING

The first step in our recruitment process begins with the review of candidate's employment application and resume, followed by a phone interview.
The purpose of the phone interview is to verify the candidate’s education, experience, skills, and knowledge required to perform the job responsibilities as well provide you information regarding Sunrise Kitchens.
The successful candidates from pre-screening are then scheduled an in-person interview.

ONE-ON-ONE INTERVIEWS

You will then meet with the Human Resources Manager and the Department Manager.
The purpose of this step is to find out what the candidates know, to learn how they have applied and tested work skills, and to determine where their aptitudes lie, thereby defining the path of future growth and development.
The candidates are often asked behavioral questions to identify how well their past work experiences relate to the job opportunity and where their future interest lie.

SELECTION

The successful candidates from the in-person interviews are offered employment.
An employment package containing agreement and other relevant information is provided to the new hire.
